Kualuka, meaning ‘to welcome’ in the local Digo language, is an airy, spacious three-bedroom house a stone’s throw from the beach. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with shared bathroom and shower and a second twin bedroom with bathroom, dressing room and its own access. The spacious veranda, where one tends to while away the hours in the fresh sea breeze has places for sitting, dining and snoozing.
STAYING AT KUALUKA
Self contained and staffed with housekeeper, full kitchen and chef.
Housekeeping is a daily service. Please note room servicing will be undertaken when guests are not present in the room.
There is a laundry with washing machines. The housekeeper will take dirty clothes from the laundry baskets in the bathrooms and return them clean to the rooms.
There is complimentary Wi-Fi.
All the beds are covered with large square nets. The rooms are sprayed with insect repellent every day.
There are overhead and stand fans and a breeze from the ocean.
There is a backup generator.
Massage or personal training can be arranged at the property. Sports or language tuition is also available.
Chefs can do the shopping for guests if preferred.
We are pleased to say we have never had any security issues but as a caution, the grounds have day and night guards and CCTV .
